alancress88:The Uni in Irkutsk is not cheap for someone who Japa on a budget . They just released another list of students to be expelled cos they were unable to pay their tuition debt . You can go to a small city with cheap tuition for start and after your language course then you can decide to move ahead to a bigger cities to complete your Bsc or MSc if you want. |

Who can please help recommend a school to apply to for masters degree in philosophy in Russia with: 1. Very affordable tuition fees 2. You don’t need a tuition deposit to get dmission or to move. 3. No POF requirement. 4. When you get to school, you will pay half of the tuition, and the rest will be in installments. 5. They have courses that are taught in English, so one year preparatory or language courses are not mandatory. Thanks in advance for your response |
