Please pardon me to ask what is the name and model number of the hybrid inverter, because I have not seen any 60amp hybrid mppt inverter having 50v maximum voltage. Others I have seen are 60amps by 150v, 40amps by 150v.. then single controller are 20amps by 50v , 30amps 75v, 40amps by 100v..please post the name and model.

With this I think your max current should be around 16A. The 60A you see in the charge current (output) not the input current.

Just get a 60a powrmr mppt charge controller and connect the 3 panels in series, a 2s2p configuration may not work in your best interest as I think your inverter's inbuilt cc is pwm

Or it won't count, since I'm routing it through the cc?

What is the rating of your MCB (Breaker)?

Simply 13.6A x 3 = 40.8A So your Breaker must not be less than 40A.
Your best shot is 45A.
Also consider changing your wire to 6 mm² gauge.

The breaker is 60a

This is a glorified PWM controller inside, better go with an external MPPT controller.

Most recent CC have LFP profile backed in, also you can customize to your preferred voltages.

PowMr, Felicity, SMS and co..
But I like the one below sha.

Bro this your inverer solar iside is very poor. As the others have said, get an external mppt of 60amp. You can use powmr or other brands in the market. Then connect all in series since 60amp is by 150vdc.

Are valto's cells grade A ?

Grade A batteries are expensive. If anyone makes batteries with grade A for DIY, must Nigerians won't buy it. Best to get a good cell with right capacity.

Kindly confirm if these are retail prices or wholesale. I like sms, average product quality for those way their pocket no too strong.

I have never seen a 60A 2 poles breaker, but I have seen 60A 3&4 poles, 6A and 63A. So I mau conclude that your breaker is fake. It might have been labeled by Alaba boys to 60A.
Even if it manages to be a 60A breaker, it's oversized for you setup and should not be tripping.

Please do is a favour by attaching pictures of the items you have issues with.

Finally, grab yourself a 40A or 45A DC MCB to replace this your 60A MCB.
