Ok. Obasa should eschew rascality and be responsible for once. He's being here for many, many years. I5yrs if I am correct. Enough is Enough. Let him step aside for others to take charge, let Hon. Meranda remain as Speaker |

Tinubu dinasty threatened. So law makers don't have any absolute power to remove any erring members unless GAS or GAC approved of it? Wonders shall never end. |

This statement will age badly. It's akin to calling elected lawmakers "stooges" who cannot decide for themselves and their constituencies. What a shame |

GAC another association. Market women association. Oshodi isale association.... Shameless people...same thing they do in most offices in Nigeria. Always forming crazy associations. |

I'm going to disagree with these GAC of a thing for the first time. So GAC must be consulted before lawmakers change their leadership. What kind of rubbish statement is this man uttering from his mouth? If he's talking about the party, we understand but bringing an unknown and rubbish GAC to decide for the lawmakers is honestly a total rubbish. |

Imagine what these fools have turned the government to. If lawmakers cannot impeach the speaker then how can they impeach the governor or the president. We are truly in trying times in this country. See what Tinubu has reduced the governance to. To be sincere, those of us that voted this calamity truly made mistake that we will regret for a long time unless for those fools that could not differentiate between right and wrong because of what they are gaining in this government. We truly made a mistake and may God almighty make it possible for us to correct the erroneous mistake. How we are going to survive this calamity till 2027 is truly a miracle. |

Of course, according to the political doctrine of the Lagos Emperor and Grand Patron of Agberos, the democratically elected lawmakers of Lagos State are nothing but puppets in the hands of the slave master. If they try to display their constitutional rights, the slave master will deal with them and not even the Supreme Court can do anything about. Demonstration of Craziness na wetin Baba Fela call this one |

I think the GAC has kinda helped to determine leadership in the state over time. However, where’s the people’s power in all of these? Lawmakers are supposed to be representatives of the people. If anything, they should be consulting their constituents in performing their duties. Members of the GAC ain’t elected representatives of the people. Since the lawmakers have decided to change their Assembly leadership why can’t the GAC just accept it (consulting or not)? Fine, they want to maintain their power, but isn’t it more honorable to let this fizzle away naturally? |

Sounds more like a cult (GAC) than an advisory council. Is the LSHA governed by the law or the bye-laws of the GAC through APC? |
