When other courts were busy issuing judgements unfavorable to Wike, you applauded them.
But just one that is unfavorable to you, the court is now useless
The Supreme Court under Bulaba and Wike is very useless.

That is because they defected to another party and lost their seats according to the constitution.
....but judgement still pending at supreme court, untill then, he supposed to be presenting it for the whole house, pending the outcome of the case. I believe the 27 lawmakers would loose seat at supreme, and FUBARA laugh last, but,we should endeavour to act in accordance to dictate of constitution and not acting as emperor.

A lot of u are uneducated and uninformed.

The Nigerian constitution makes it expressly clear that nobody including the President has the right to spend a dime that belongs to the people without appropriation. The legislative arm of government must pass a lawful legal budget b4 u as a governor or President will have the statutory right to spend it. Without it, u have committed the worst offense and every money u spend that is not appropriated for is illegal and you must pay it back to the government. The court simply says you cannot continue spending government money without appropriation, go back and represent the budget to the legally constituted & recognised house, b4 u will be able to spent government money. Without that, no money will be released to u.

How is this difficult for anyone to understand and u here whipping stupid sentiments.

sad
The drug addict also experienced the same treatment when he was still a governor of Lagos State in the hands of OBJ & I'm sure he understands how it feels like to run a state without federal allocation.

Now he wants to give Gov. Siminilayi Fubara the same treatment because of his 2nd term ambition.
The werey wants to withhold allocation from the region where about 70 percent of the country's revenue is coming from.
OK na.
Tinubu was not spending Lagos State money without appropriation. He had his budget duly passed into law, therefore he has the statutory right to receive his allocation. Fubara does not have a budget, therefore he is not eligible to spend government money. Every money he has spent belonging to Rivers people since he assumed office till date is illegal in the eye of the law because it was not appropriated for. There is no Executive in the history of Nigeria that has spent government money without appropriation. Fubara is the 1st to be spending government money illegally, and it is a serious impeachable offense. Even the Judges cannot touch government money that has not been appropriated to them.

Supporting this is a simple call to anarchy and abandoning of our democracy.

Except, in court there was no proof the defected just affidavit, anyone can get those, besides even if they did, the governor can't remove them, they are not commissioners, they were elected just like him.

Falling out with 27, out of 31 Lawmakers is a failure of its own.

How can a governor be using only four members of HOA to run the state, pass budget and other bills, and ostracize the other 27 elected members?
It is not right
We can’t be letting impunity have its way all the time
The Governor is the one who should reconsider his position
Ironically the same ex governor who is the mastermind of all these once upon a time used 6 or 7 assembly members to pass a budget.

There was no falling out actually..

One ex governor used state resources to buy forms for all 27 assembly members and also did everything to put them in those seats...

So they feel they owe him a duty to lay their lives for him, even if it is to the detriment of the state.

Common it's only about 2 years ago, we remember,,

Don't try to twist facts like it started centuries ago.

Fubara spent money with the approval of 4 members.

Wike once spent money with the approval of 7 members..

Pls tell us the difference before you begin these tales of hypocrisy and dishonesty..

Again tell us how this is different from Wike spending money with the approval of 7 members in 2015.

Before you carry on with these tainted sermons.

The court have ordered that those 27member be allowed to seat and pass laws, and if the governor doesn’t comply his state should not get allocation
What did the constitution say about defecting house members? Are we no longer operating a constitutional government in Nigeria? So, if all the house members defects from a party that sponsored them to another party and the governor activates that section of the constitution, the Supreme court will turn the constitution upside down because a certain individual is concerned?
Should we even be having this kind of discussion.
Nigeria is getting messier and some are celebrating and aiding it.
Make Una continue. As it's working for you today, you think that's how it will continue...

Some people have run out of Supreme Court Interpretations, hence now resort to name - dropping Social cultural organisation appeal. After leading Fubara to his near - certain political death they are now throwing up other propaganda and misinformation. I think those people like Ugo Chinyere and his friend up there who deliberately misinformed Nigerians and Nairalanders about SC judgement should be summoned and punished for deterrence. They have been taking Nigerians for granted for too long. Enough of these propaganda and misinformation peddlers!
Oga, use your brain small. Which one is near death experience? Make them impeach am if it's possible.
