I don't profess to be a lawyer but, I do know that not even the SC could reverse itself being the final arbiter.


The pro-Fubara supporters should hang their heads in shame for aiding and abetting him into acts/actions that are unconstitutional in their desperation to get at the Wicked One, their sworn enemy no.1.

PANDEF should get on their knees and pray so that the case involving the said defected 27 lawmakers go their way otherwise they should be prepared for the worst.


Fubara MUST, without delay, represent the 2025 budget to the authentic 27 lawmakers to douse tension, even if temporarily.


I see Fubara not completing even his first term let alone a second.

So from my findings there is no direct headline news about Wike presenting the Budget to 7 HOA members, there must not be,, but;;

1. The Tribunal nullified the elections of 23 PDP members in October 2015.
Their rerun to the house came in December 2016.

2. Wike presented the 2016 budget to the House in December 2015.

Chijoke Ihunwo and many other lawyers have made the same allegations on social media and many local radio stations in Port Harcourt and nobody in the Wike camp has ever countered it and say the story is false.

Honestly Honestly you are the only person I know in this world who has called this news about Wike passing budget to 7 a false news.
