Fraudulent government agencies. Talking as if bvn enrollment only demands photographs. You need phone numbers, fingerprints, NIN and many others. So there is no fraud here, it is the work of the government and it's agency. |

The topic should be launder not steal, because the bvn and account numbers were use to move the money and not steal from any particular source. |

Why doesn't the NIBSS blacklist any account details that are involved in these scams? The banking system has allowed them to continue to surprise and perpetrate their evil on a continuous basis. |

Babamide:Exactly my thought. BVN alone is not sufficient to open an account. We are talking about likely a business account here. In addition to the ones you mentioned, the individual will have to provide a TIN and references for such an account to be created. Something is fishy, honestly. |

dre11:Bankers are involved in any fraud of this nature. How do you think someone can enroll for BVN with static image without the knowledge of the person that enrolled you? The first person to arrest is the agent that enrolled the customer for BVN. The last time I checked, the capturing won't work unless the person you're trying to capture blinks? |

Hezzyluv:Only bank officials capture customers abi you think a street guy can have access to BVN ![]() na dem dem |
