Who is the Chief Justice of Rivers State?

Without the Chief Judge Governor Fubara cannot be impeached.

Once the House of Assembly write to the Chief Judge listing the impeachable offences that Fubara have committed, the CJ has to set up a panel, right?

What happens if the panel finds that the allegations against the Governor has no merits?

With the Supreme court judgement, the judgement has indicted the governor already,so no need of any panel to investigate the governor. Supreme court has Indicted him of impeachable offences. So, the governor is as gone as a goner

It happened to the a former Dep-Gov of Kogi, Achuba. GYB needed him out at all costs and hence the panel raised by the Chief Judge exonerated him yet they impeached him by "allegedly" fabricating a different report.

Fubara will never be impeach here . He will surely serve 8 years in government. The chief judge of Rivers state is with Fubara. Peter Odili wife is one of the Supreme Court of justice and the chief judge of Rivers are her collegue in the court. Any case that relate with Fubara will be dismissed in the chief judge of Rivers state table. Fubara will conduct another lg election and all his pro chairmen will win the election as usual. Keep on wailing and ranting here
