But tithing for me is an Obligation. Even most times, I am broke but I still send money to some protestant pastors who are far richer than me.

I am not polytheist. I am a strong Catholic who believes in one Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit and God almighty that is same for all Christendom no matter the sect.

But I pay tithes to the protestant churches in Nigeria.

I wanted to know if I am the only Catholic that does this or I am one out of many.

Ironically, I am not living in Nigeria.

This is because in the Catholic church, we don't emphasize on tithes. We rather emphasize on giving and being charitable to others.

But tithing for me is an Obligation. Even most times, I am broke but I still send money to some protestant pastors who are far richer than me.

I am not being sarcastic. Tithing for me has always been a measure of supporting the propagation of the kingdom of God almighty on earth.

Catholic are the most less polytheistic among all the denominations.

Why not package the tithe and present to your parish priest? Do you think he'll reject it? Or rather go to chapel and put it in the offering box if you like you can leave a note indicating that it's your tithe with it.
