Nice one, Umahi. Payment on delivery mode activated. I guess the era of collecting money and abandoning projects is over. Any contractor that bids for projects must have the financial capacity to execute such projects before being paid. That's the way it should be done. After all, all employees work for a month before being paid for the work they've done. Just as every supplier gets paid only after supplying. |
