Dundee, Gaza becomes open prison because they are a threat not only to Israel but to Egypt also. Egypt would have opened its borders for Gazans if they were peace living people but Egypt never allowed them and ensured they remain prisoners. If Egypt allows them, they'll want to take over Egypt and kill their president like they did in Jordan and Lebanon when Jordan and Lebanon allow them in. Egypt signed a peace treaty with Israel. Sinai is Israel's, it was just given to Egypt for peace. If Egypt attacks Israel Sinai will collected back and Palestinians will never stop attacking Israel. If Egypt opens borders for them they'll attack Israel from Egypt which will make Egypt lose Sinai back to Israel. So, Palestine lives as prisoners because they're threat to their neighbours, Egypt.

Check the second picture, the entire East JERUSALEM (West Bank) was given to Arabs in the Peels commission. The Western part was to be neutral governed by UN but The Arabs rejected it. They wanted the entire territory. The claimed that that 20% is the fertile land whereas it is not. It's a salty area.
