zero8zero:..the state governments of those states would had also close.. government offices, state secretariat, state government agencies and ministries, state house of assembly, government house..so let everybody go for Ramadan break and fasting ..so let them feel how it looks like |

Why is MURIC always acting subjectively. When situations are not objectively assessed, it tends to result in subjective conclusions. Why should a state that has visions for her people close schools because of Ramadan. Who does that. Has such been ever heard before. This is another evil creeping into our already bastardized system. MURIC should be quiet if she has nothing to say. Always looking for relevance. Enough is enough. . |

tollyboy5:Are you this daft? Is Ijebu a local government in Lagos state? Imagine the question you asked Google but you're blind to see where it said they lived in Lagos and Ogun State. This shows how crazyy you are, you're even displaying your maddness further by using Google that doesn't suit your gullibility to justify yourself. Ijebu is not a local government in Lagos state you this b@stard! You are too dunce for me to handle, you even read Ijebu-Ode from the picture attached, is Ijebu Ode a local government in Lagos state? Sorry dude, continue wallowing in your maadness! From what you read on Google, did you see where it says Ijebu are indigenes of Lagos State? Islam is a total shame in your life! |

Eniitankorede:The first time break that falls during Christmas is fixed based on schools curriculum that is approved by the ministry of education,it has nothing to do with Christmas, the Xmas holiday is just for 2 days ,Xmas has a fixed date of Dec 25th,so that's why it's almost constant that the first term break falls during the Xmas period,Ramadan on the other hand has no fixed date or month in a year,we can't always temper with the school curriculum annually to make holidays for Ramadan,if for example Ramadan falls during the waec season will you advocate for a total closure of schools thereby alienating millions of school kids from the first school leaving certificate exams? |

Eniitankorede:You couldn't even think straight because of religion. Schools were closed during christmas because the students/ pupils are on end of term holiday according to the official school calendar written by the federal government through the ministry of education , this means all educational syllabuses and knowledge for that particular term has treated and passed to the students. Christmas holiday itself during this period is just two days holiday just like your two days sallah holidays. Would you rather prefer the students go on repeated academic sprees without any holiday? Everything about Muslims are odd. |

tollyboy5:Going by your narrative Lagos natives are traditional religion worshippers because both Islam and Christianity were not indigenous native religions, however I get what you mean but u are also been clever by half because the so called Lagos indigines consist of a large number of slave trade returnees called saro who are christians. |

tollyboy5:The Saro people we all know are majority christians, and of course there is also a sizeable christian population in the same Epe,Ambode is from Epe and a Christian, otedola is also from Epe and a Christian as well as many other not so prominent Epe natives so your narrative is fables made up in your head |

Mamaafrik1:Oponu, ode, dindinri, atole ole. I'm sure that since your IQ is lower than that of a jellyfish, you didn't know that your Jesus was hanged for fvcking young boys just like your priests are now doing in churches all over the world including the Vatican. Ode, olodo, one of your pastors is sticking his tongue out for you to come and lick in Lagos, you better find that church and go suck his tongue, maybe suck his gbola like you were doing with your in your village with your Sunday school priest before running to Lagos. Omo ale, omo monkey. |

RightChannel:Ijebus as a tribe occupy both Lagos and Ogun State same with Aworis...so he has a point on that, however the saros who are slave trade returnees are majority christians, and even in Epe there are so many christians,as for the Aworis,I don't think we have any other tribe that has as much white garment christians as the Aworis, maybe the oshodin tapa has a large Muslim population and that's about it because even the Badagry natives have a large christian population so I wonder where he got his own data from, probably pulled right from his hairy a** |

ufotunang:Them for close hospitals and security units too. All the sick should go home and observe Ramadan. All the security men should turn in their rifles and do the same. Some kind things we read about our country ehhhhh...chei! And people are defending this thing...jeez. Entire state shut down because of religion. Interesting. |

Eniitankorede:Christmas is end of term....same as Easter. How can you defend shutting down schools for 5 whole weeks? How, really? Do you think it's just? How would it impact the students? What about the non-Muslim students sef? Does this even make sense? |

You know what always baffles me with the matters that concern religion in this country is that we claimed to be more religious yet most corrupt! Until we open our eyes to know religion is a personal relationship with God Almighty, nothing will ever change in this country . To be frank it’s wrong to stopped students from going to school because of fasting! Other religions to fast . Let always remove sentiments and say the truth , it’s totally wrong!! |

A set of students will be writing WAEC in two months. In the run up to the exams, they will be forced to stay at home for 5 weeks. It is clear that these harebrained policies are deliberately thought out to be as destructive as possible. Leadership as soon as it falls into muslim hands is never a tool for progress. Institutions of any kind as well as government entities have never thrived, on account of this vexatious reality. |

Yorubafather:This is Islam for you . They will beg you for an opportunity when they are small and weak After you give them, they immediately start working for your downfall and them taking over When they finally take over, they work to humiliate you and enforcing their will on you This is Islam! The virus!! |

TONYE001:Rather than a muslim condemn the act of sleeping with a 9 year old girl and one's adopted son's wife, they will desperately look for a reason to justify it....if they can't find any reason......they will lie christians do it... A muslim opened a thread the other day to lie that Jacob married Rebecca at age of 12 all becos he wants to justify his prophet sleeping with a 9 year old.... |

CAN should sue muric, the Muslim head in Nigeria for closing down schools because if fasting. CAN is not fighting for Christians and this is bad. I remember when Muric sued CAN and missionary churches over students wearing hijab and won... Christians pay a lot of tithes and offerings, CAN should have a lot of money to go to court. |
