(1) Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Develop innovative menus that cater to diverse clientele.
Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within upscale hotels or restaurants.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Proficiency in various cuisines and cooking techniques.

(2). Assistant Executive Chef
