4" pipe is the traditional standard pipe for waste and I'll say that was when pampers and sanitary pads were not in use in Nigeria.

The blockage starts in the chamber and no one can tell what is being flushed down the toilet from within each unit.

So I'll advice don't look at the what you'll spend now, I believe you can somewhat remove those 4" pipes and make use of them somewhere else if the project is an ongoing one.
The 6" pipes should be used from the chambers connection to connection down to the septic.

Can a 4 inch pipe serve 4 bathrooms (and kitchens) from 4 units of 1 bedroom flat. To be clear, the plumber run all connections to the Septic tank with a 4 inch PVC pipe. But a friend that was sent to survey the work is suggesting we change the pipe that takes from the chamber (where all 4 flats have been connected) to the Septic tank ( 23m distance) into 6 inch pipe. His reason is that 4 inch pipe would block easily. Is this correct?

What is the best way to run water for 4 blocks split with two blocks on each side of the compound?

The compound is sloped downward (approx 5 degrees in angle) and the tank is at the top elevation. We have two tanks, so is it best to split to allow each tank serve each section with just two blocks each or run a full single continuous loop branching at each block (with the risk of upward movement when approaching the 4th block) ?

I have attached a rough sketch for option A and B for reference.

Hmmmm... I have prepared bill of quantities for client on this forum. It's an estate in Abuja. I gave a detailed BOQ without appreciating my effort.. Preparing a detail BOQ require a lot of time, energy, money, etc... Some people don't know. I don't charge for preparing a detailed BOQ because it's one of my hobby also part of me. But don't try it with QS because that's what they do for their daily bread.

It's nice to give advice boss. Don't relax and don't stop giving solution to someone's problem or issue . God will help us....

The water survey result came out, I have attached the 3D image. However, in their recommendation, they suggested drilling 65m +-10, however when I check the image, at 65, there is no presence of water.

Can someone else look at it and advise.

I am not an expert in this matter and I have never had to analyze a drilling survey.
However, from layman’s point of view, I would assume that the numbers presented at the left hand corner are in feet not meters.
So 65meters as recommended would be approximately 213feet. Looking at the survey, you can see that there is enough water at the 213feet (65m ) depth.

The analysis you posted shows 65m + or - 10m.

This means you will find water saturation from 55-75m which is correct following your second consultation.

Analysis like this always allows room for possible error or variation.
