The Court cannot interfere in a matter that arose out of the internal affairs of the Senate or any Legislative body. The Constitutional principle of separate of powers dictates that. Why any arm of government is acting within its constructional functions,no other arm of government can stop the function. In this case, the Committee''s duty to look into issues that arose during the plenary or sitting of the Senate.
