Oga, I appreciate your feedback. I also agree that the yorubas did well for Buhari. I'm not in anyway doubting that fact. But, like I asked, if the 2023 scenario were to repeat itself in a reverse form, ie that a Yoruba candidate is in contest with a northern candidate, would the yoruba voters abandon their brother and vote a northerner like the northerners did by abandoning Atiku for tinubu?

That's a theoretical question that's difficult to answer because of 2 things. (1) The Yorubas can always vote based on meritorious belief in a candidate. This quality is what led Atiku and Obi to win Osun and Lagos respectively against Tinubu.
