But every thing Natasha described, if true is just a man showing ilegal intrest in her, and making sexual overtures that she declined. It is not harassment.

She have to provide evidence that he was treating her different from other Senators.

Step down for what exactly! What did he do wrong? Can Natasha prove the allegation of sexual harassment? You think it's just by saying you did this or that then that person is guilty? You have to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" Her story has to be corroborated by an outside witness, a video or audio of him making the statement. Her husband cannot be a witness because he will be biased.

My friend, what we are discussing is the law, not morality.

Toasting your friends wife is morraly wrong ,yes many decent men won't do it, but it is not illegal, you are not breaking any law of man.

Another point you are missing is that, the whole incidence happened a while ago if true, and Natasha choose to be unrealy in the house about it last week.
