Wike knows he has all powers in his arsenal so, he can remove Fubara easily.

I think this Tambari is unlettered. The highest court in the land ruled that there was no defection as claimed by Fubara Government and that status quo be maintained in the Rivers State House of Assembly and you are here saying gibberish.

He has bought the AG of the state as well. What of constituted panels that the chief judge will constitute? Those legislators are representing people of Rivers State. It is as if people of Rivers State have said they are impeaching their governor. What will one Chief Judge say or do?

It is the law.
Why you fell Chief Judges have always been relevant is when there is harmony in any state. Where there’s no harmony, you will discover that Chief Judge is like a toothless bulldog.

Every impeachment resolution can end under 5 minutes and they will notify whoever the laws say they should notify. Chief Judge is never involved in any impeachment process than to carry out certain instructions, like swearing in and interpreting laws and appointing state judges.
