The case with the court is her sue against Akpabio's aide who spoke ill about her dresscode.

The cases with the Ethics committee are:
1. Her disregard of the Seating Arrangement rules and misbehaviour on the day.
2. Her petition of sexual assault on the SP.

What she got punished for is No.1

It is also impossible to have a case both in court and in ethic committee of the senate. That may result in a clash of two arms of govt.

Because you don't put forward evidence in that manner. You do that when it is required. I am not saying there is one. What I said, don't rush to conclude because the matter is already in court. And there will come a time the judge will ask her to provide evidence to her claim. So let's wait for that time

If she goes to court concerning this , she will win based on the argument that you cannot deny her people representation for 6 months.

If I am not mistaken, there is a precedent for this argument.

1. She cant win because Kogi central was not suspended, it's Natasha that was suspended.

2. If she refuses to apologize and goes ahead with the 6months suspension, her people will likely recall her from the Senate and conduct a by-election to replace her seat or risk not having any representation for the next 6months.
This will harm the party as well as the constituency
