Oga calm down first and make sure you read this well so that you will wisely reply people on this matter.
Her case cannot be handled by legislators, only the judiciary. So the case is still very much in court. And the court will give her hearing later, when she will tender her evidence to prove it.

She was suspended because of insubordination.
2 senators decamped and moved to APC which affected the sitting position of 10 senators, including Natasha.
She refused to go to her new seat. The other senators moved to their new seats.
She wanted to speak, the speaker refused to grant her hearing because she was not on her allocated seat. She disrupted the plenary by claiming that the SP is shutting her up.
She left the house angrily, went to media houses and claimed that the speaker is targeting her because she refused his sexual advances.
She now remember that she was sexually assaulted after disobeying senate rule.
