If actually he's a traffic warden police ,I'm so sorry for him,this is a derealation of duty, he's not serious with his work ,I expect disciplinary action against him

Leave the guy alone jare, he s one of the most loved and dedicated traffic warder have seen in recent time. His dedication to work, commitment and entertainment (enjoying himself) while at work has made a lot of people to love him. He has won multiple awards and also a brand ambassador for company. Passerby bless him daily and pray for him, you can't passby his duty post and no smile no matter what. He got his nickname Eba from Victor Ipeba because he wanted to be a footballer like him but destiny can't be changed.
