Once, a litigant indicates that he doesn't have confidence in a judge, the most honorable thing for the judge is to hands off the case. Moreso, in Kanu's case, the judge has given an order returning the case file to the CJFHC, why attempting to continue again? Good that Kanu called her bluffs. Some judges deserve it.

Stop talking nonsense. Nyarko reused herself immediately he made the request. The case was reassigned to her by the High Court Chief Judge. You should direct your anger to the Chief Judge if you must have any anger at all.

it seems you missed my points my current concern is not about his struggle for igbos currently he is in a personal battle for his own freedom the Biafra issue will still come up after his case the FG is only worried about what will happen if he's freed cos he will be like a sacred cow no one can touch now all this delay is to break him into submission not that there is an exact crime committed amounting to treason and all that if they have anything on him they would have jailed him go back and read the 7 count charges against him put yourself there and see if they make any sense to you one of these charges says he imported a radio transmitter marked as household items this is what a FG is prosecuting someone for 10years now ask yourself what major victory has the FG won against him since but he has won a string of victories against them which they used State power to disobey
