Invincible latest episode was great,as for daredevil I haven't watched the original Netflix production(no interest). The fight between him and that bullseye in this marvel universe is one of the best fighting choreography.

That S1 sold me dreams fr 😩....glad i have been able to form the habit of dropping media that no longer serves my interests, no matter how high profile they may seem on paper...

I might get around to this S3 sometime in the future or not even, it's not a priority anymore... can't be arsed tbh.

Bro, it’s totally true! Hollywood’s been totally fixated on stuff like gender and race for movie characters lately, and it’s like they’ve forgotten how to tell a good story. These past few years, it’s all about who’s on screen fitting some diversity vibe instead of, like, what’s actually dope for the plot. You know what I mean—think about that all-chick Ghostbusters redo or swapping up The Little Mermaid’s race. It’s not even about the story needing it; it’s just them flexing “look how inclusive we are!” And yeah, I get it, representation’s awesome, but it’s like they’re just slapping checkmarks on a list instead of giving us characters we can root for.
It’s seriously throwing everything off. Characters end up feeling like these stiff mascots for some cause, not real peeps with killer arcs. You hop on X, and it’s a mess—every new trailer drops, and folks are like, “Ugh, more woke crap!” or “Quit pandering!” Even the stats are screaming it: that 2023 UCLA diversity thing said there’s more diverse leads than ever, but then you’ve got stuff like Velma or Rings of Power tanking ‘cause the story’s just meh. Hollywood’s out here acting like movies are TED Talks, and I’m not shocked people are ghosting when it’s all preachy and zero fun.

I can’t even believe I’m saying this but I enjoyed Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man more than I’m enjoying this shit of a show - it’s like they’re no stakes for invincible at law- hundreds of thousands of people just died in the last episode and a particular guy from the first season and I felt nothing at all - WHICH IS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF THE SHOW!
