The exchange rate mostly reliant on the market forces of demand and supply.

Oftentime, some people bet on the Dollar strengthening against the Naira, and they do this by buying up a lot of Dollars.

This results in a scarcity of the Dollar, leading to an increase in its cost, and a devaluation, and what have you in the local currency (Naira).

Why apc minions upset about talk on exchange rate?

In 2014, they made it a major topic of discussion by condemning the rate of N217:$1.

So why are they upset when people complain about the rate being too high N1600:$1?

Why can't the apc stomach what it dished out why in the opposition? They want everyone to be quiet and suffer in silence while they continue to mismanage the commonwealth of the country.

If anything, apc has been the most fairly judged administration because sane Nigerians are simply holding them to account, what they condemned while in opposition.

Apc condemned exchange rate at N217:$1. Today it is N1600:$1.

Apc condemned pms at N140 p.l. today it averages N900 p.l.

Apc condemned the rise of food stuff such as rice at N8000 per bag. Today, a bag of rice averages N90,000.

Thank you poster and in case this is not clear enough....the dollar was inherited at 700 by the government , this means it has crashed from 700 to 1600.

Apparently in the books of some people 1600 is less than 700
