You sure have a lot of batteries and it is enough to go offline as long as you don't get too ambitious with power usage by trying to connect your Air-conditioners (these are power gusslers)

Short Answer
Recommended minimum number of panels per battery= TWO 300W panels or ONE 550W panel.

It doesn't hurt a bit to use more if you can afford it. It is actually advantageous as it will make the lifespan of your batteries long

So, For your 15 batteries, that should be a minimum of 30 panels.

This implies that during the day, you can theoretically maximise your inverter power with reduced load during the night. 9,900W

As long as your average load consumption is not greater than 1.5kWH you should be good.

Note:
You don't want to stress your batteries too much because it will shorten the lifespan.

You will be able to do most heavy duty activities from Electronics, Lightings, Ironing to washing machine BUT not Air-conditioners. It will kill your batteries with time except you run it only during the day.
