That was just a frontier, go and read history. Yoruba people ancestry land is Oyo ile and it's environs. It was conquest that extended to other frontiers. Read how Mighty yoruba warriors defeated the fulani warriors when they tried to extend westward towards Ikirun/Osogbo. There is no other indigenous tribe with history of Conquest In Nigeria like Yoruba. Fulani tribe is not indigenous to Nigeria.
