The court case is not to continue funding usAID but to pay for jobs already done on behalf of the government.

Very rich of Justice Alito who has been implicated for being very partisan and more importantly, embroiled in financial improprieties.

These are not new contracts. They are fulfilled contracts. And these agencies have to be paid.

Congress approved those funds for that cycle and it has been used for the purposes designed for it. Those people should be paid.

And once that's settled, it's left for the new administration to choose the direction they want to allocate funds. How difficult is that?

O P,did you read what you put forward to the Forum' to dole out $2 Billions ' of tax payers,shows you are not versed in Financial matters ,at all.
Even though,the Lower Justice was Biden appointee but was given order and judgement on what has already been Committed by the Govt,e.g Billions of Contracts- in Foods, Health Care Delivery Products,etc, that have been Signed,Sealed 🤐 but the Executive Order of President Trump caught off on the roads and the President Men are not ready to look at that side,for those Contracts to be delivered.
-Did you see the - CNN Anderson Copper' s extensive investigations concerning the USAID, covering all over the World 🌎, including ready made products that is stalked all over the US - production Companies,in Shipments - to different Parts of the World 🌎 Continents.
So,I wander, what you mean,by 'dole out 'for in a Contract,for all Contracts Should be Completed 😔,not because the President Trump has spoken against the USAID Institution!
For me,the issue of that institution is beyond terrorism financing,for a Govt or it's Agency will always look for something to kill a better side of another institution or an argument.

On the face of it, it may appear that trump (Russian asset Krasnov) is shutting down USAID purely as a cost cutting measure. The truth is however far more shocking.

Over the course of the war in Ukraine, USAID has provided that country with over 15 billion dollars in aid. Some estimates put that figure at over 45 billion dollars. Shutting down USAID is purely an effort to hamstring Ukraine. The US has also proceeded to cut off and reverse weapons shipments, disabled HIMARS systems and also stopped providing Ukraine with much needed intel.

Only a president who is a Russian asset will do this.

It remains to be seen if trump will abide by the supreme court judgment. If he doesn't, that becomes a huge constitutional crises. He is considering closing all US military bases in Europe and withdrawing from NATO.

If trump isn't a Russian asset, what would a Russian asset do that trump hasn't done?
