So the family was aware of her being in a physically abusive relationship but yet they wouldn't bother to tell her to end the relationship for her safety and rest of mind to them all.

I would have appreciate if you had read my writeup before trying to making corrections from what you should learn from. So what happens to reporting him to neighborhood watch of the police foe violence. And what exactly di tou mean by frequent fighting. You don't assume the cases you've witness alone is enough to prove a point.

You will alao learn better when the police authorities wants to do their job and they need to take down statements from multiple sources. They will need leads, the suspect, the principal suspects, the co conspirators and their accomplices. Where neighbors won't be speared of the time wasting investigations. Then you can now come back and tell me how such crime was perpetuated under neighbours watch ans they don't know or wants to fret ignorance. Cos most of you don't know, yet you don't want to learn.
