That is also my opinion. Wike haas to molest and detained a serving house of rep member in order to pave way for fubara to be governor. Can he say he didn't oblige to terms and conditions. He is just waiting for the chaos to set in so he can use military to take over the state and bend it towards his will. The lawmakers are still illusive trying so hard to further press their luck.

This isn't just about Fubara and Wike but the people of rivers state. They dare assume that fubara can't fight back or don't have people that could cause damage here and there.

The lawmakers shouldn't be greedy or power drunk. They should use their luck wisely. Fubara too should make them an offer they can't reject. It will be a win win for both parties.

What stop him from presenting the budget and allowed the assembly members to do nonsense about the budget. All he need to told, is to set them up against the rivers people. Silently sponsor protesters from the area their budget were removed by asking why are there no projects in our place and he will just addressed them by saying I put for instance a road project but the assembly members removed it. After the Supreme Court condemned and stopped his reign of lawlessness, he is yet to comply with the judgment. Why did he withhold the entitlements of the lawmakers for so long? This is the lawlessness we are talking about.

Now that he says he wants to start paying, HAS THE BUDGET BEEN PASSED? Very lawless man with foolish advisers. He is busy setting up a useless meeting with his aide.

The biggest step to a commitment to peace and the rule of law is Fubara presenting the budget and complying with all relevant laws. Simple.

If he fails to do the right thing, he'll be impeached, so that he can go and rest at home, before preparing for prosecution.
