Justice Adolphus Enebeli is a shameless man. Few days ago, he spoke about plans for another LG elections, but has refused to appear before the lawmakers. What is he afraid of? Bunch of criminals, who spent unappropriated money of Rivers State on a sham election and want to repeat it. Arrest them all.
