For now Yes you can work. but i advice you pay your tuition fees for 1 year. also look at the news coming from Poland. an election is being held in Poland this here it might shape things for immigrants for better or worst. this will help you align yourself
Bro I really appreciate your effort
Please one last question
For an immigrant planning relocating to Poland which of the cities is advisable Gdanks Warsaw and Poznań

Your agent wan scam you. he is after your money run. you can change your visit visa to school not work.

you can't go to trade school here, you only go to university. Everthing here is in polish. even if you find a trade school in english which i never see, they won't give you trc. so you either get a job in nigeria with a company directly or you come with the intention to study. by the way your agent is not sincere. whoever they are, they are after you money.

Also Eu law is changing, they don't want Immigrants, poland too. so you might not even be able to change from visit to work. lets keep our fingers crossed.
Hmmmm... thank you for being honest and straight. I'll say honestly though, I would really like to relocate from nigeria. What other places do you recommend?

if the science course has nothing to do with ICT run. Where you Wan carry am work. Business and ict will give you jobs. Even medicine and nursing will not give you job as you must speak polish.

So go for business or ict. Because you have a better chance of getting a job.

Language discrimination No. This is poland, polish is the official Language, most importantly this is europe so European languages are like French Spanish, Portuguese are high in demand. Most jobs you see has English and one additional European language. So if you speak English, you might have alot of challenges getting a job.

Here a trick when you come try to learn polish, e hard but people do learn it. If you can't switch to Portuguese or better Spanish this you can learn and speak well in 6 to 1 year. Multilingual people have a better chance of landing a job and getting higher pay anywhere in the world

Finally, coming abroad is stressful. Especially for us who have passport limitations. The cultural shock fit run you mad. Adapting take time. So you need to come in, adapt and then understand the EU system before you start running around europe. You also need have money to leave and get your trc. Most people come here and got to pay debt back home so time counts. With school work and everything you need to take it easy or you might destroy your life.

Now get your residency is import this takes time and even when you get it fast you might not even know how to leave. Each European country is different and the struggle is different so it not a so easy decision. Plus you need a job to relocate or you need admission in another country to relocate. When you consider all the stress involved you might not want to take chances. Honestly citizenship is not important it is money that is important. If you stay in poland for 15 year legally and you are working do you know how much you must have saved and invested back home. You can't be poor. If you tire you fit go back nigeria from there move to a better country. Mind you most people living here are in their 20 and early 30s no time to rush things.

Life is too short . Too much gra gra person go just die. People die here because of over working . so it's best to come here focus getting settled and making more money and being happy. One day them fit tell you to pack your bag dey go house. No place like home. Nigeria no good but until you live outside nigeria you no go value nigeria. That why you see all people when they get citizenship them go come back nigeria come base. But with the way the world is going focus on growing you career, making money, saving and enjoy your life passport will come when it comes. If e no come you would end up still better than . No stress
Thank you so much sir, I perfectly grabbed everything you wrote here. Las las na money we dey find not necessarily citizenship.

I'd rather obtain my BSc to enable me leverage the option of going for Masters anywhere in the world than to limit my self to UK alone.

I'm 41 years old but my age didn't deter me from going for a BSc and I'll round it up in December this year, I believe you're way younger than me, you've all the time in the world, get your BSc here and Japa later, my 2 cents 👍
Well to convert a HND to bsc here is easy depending on course and grade
And yes you’re older than me I’m 32
I want just saying UK accepts HND easily rather than getting bsc here and u can even get a top up to bsc in uk I don’t know other countries but there’s top up in uk

I’m not focusing on UK alone too but I trust UK is far better than others and 90 percent of schools accepts HND

Haa, Your course must be a special one then, you can try conventional universities then, or even private universities.
Na money be that o

I’ll rather do a top up course in UK to be equivalent to bsc than getting my bsc here and use my bsc later for masters

Never give anyone your passport. It is likely he'd use your identity to commit crime

first do you have a visa already. by the way you are coming for a 5month course with a 3 month visa so it would expire before you even finish your course. Which city are you taking the said course.

My advice is this

1) with a visa you are coming with you can only change to student trc, not work

3)make sure you do all documents waec, degree verifications and authentication @MOE , MOFA and polish embassy before you come.

3) once you arrivel look for a university for masters or BSc course. Proccess your admission for full-time studies ASAP.

4) look for work and hustle like mad to make money to pay your fees if you don't have the money already.

5) get a good lawyer, get an appointment to get your stamp of submission of student trc application. If you could not get a school don't wait before your visa expire, move to wroclaw get a good lawyer , apply by post, it take forever to get stamp appointment, but you buy time to get admission and you can continue working before them go call you for stamp you got yourself in order and you also made money . Any more questions quote me. I hope I can answer soonest

1 more think for the duration of your visa you should be legal in the EU. But once it expires you become illegal except you apply for trc or have a trc
Thanks for your advice
Is taken a year long language course before starting a uni a nice way to TRC

If you where thinking of coming to poland to work using visit visa from any Schengen country, Abort mission. From June you are no longer allowed to work with a Schengen visa in poland. To swap to school I think it's still valid.

Also students coming to poland will not be able to work until they get their trc. If you find work and you don't have trc your employer will need to get a work permit for you. As it stand avoid any city that take 6 to 1 year to get your card

Please can O reach out to you via Whatsapp??

zrocky:
first of all you no get sense. if you get sense you will educate yourself before you speak.

i said maybe students will not be able to work full time. which is a propose law from june 2025 as you won't be able to work with your national d visa and even if you get a TRC it might not guarantee you can work as a student. also you can no longer swap from student permit to work until you graduate. a lot of of things will change .

Even to get work permit for those that are here on work and want to swap their jobs, it take 3 months and above. also not every company can give you work permit. and most company will prefer not to employ you, if you don't have it because of the process and complication. because you have opportunity now to work does not mean the laws will not affect you when it comes into place in june this year. the EU is changing

maybe you know better than the polish Immigration Lawyers. even without the law in place yet it is difficult to process work permit. if you have your hours capped to 20 or 30 hours a week most companies would not employ you as they only want full-time workers. maybe you end up working in factory wey your eye go see sege.

Also i advise people to avoid Wroclaw as they are people here 3 years no temporary residency card, they apply and inspector no send them. They are people also here in poland 11 to 15 years no Permanent residency card. If you don't speak polish just forget PRC. you either marry a polish citizen or learn the language. i also live in poland, work here and is married here. check my post on these tread and see who dey lie to who.

i don't have time to respond to messages. i only come here to respond to message pending. and help when i can. people are still coming to poland without the right information. most come here thinking this is germany, canada or uk. E GO Shock YOU if you don't plan properly. people wey travel abroad to other countries same time with me, get citizenship, i never see PRC to talk of citizenship dey play.

People don't say the truth. most nigerians will only want to use you and make more money with work permit that cost less than 200 euros for a company lawyer to process, some companies that need you would issue it for free. our brother go still bill you.

. Please how much do you guys here pay for work permit again ? they are even a cases of fake work permits. make i no cast una for here

if you can come to poland come, no problem. but know it not that rosy here. get the right information and see for yourself

But why u dey lie for people to fear na. I stay in Lublin and people can still work when they study. All they need to get is a work permit that any job can process for intending workers.

There are jobs like tech, customer care support that guarantees your stay after school and there also some menial student jobs like food delivery, taxi, factory jobs, restaurant jobs and also summer jobs eg berry picking and some other industries that are available to get you the money till you get a better job offer

This journey na bit by bit, get the visa first and every other thing will begin to align

But my important advice to everyone is to get that Nigerian driver license before coming

Love and Peace ✌️
Thank you so much for this advice.

Hello guys, I really need your help and advice.

I’m a Philosophy graduate who got admitted to pursue MSc International Business at WSB University. Unfortunately, my Polish student visa application was denied in September 2024. It's been a tough experience, discouraging and honestly a bit scary to try again.

Now, my family has stepped in to support me financially but they've made it clear that I must not fail this time. The pressure is real, and I want to make sure I make the right choice moving forward.

I'm now looking for a cost-effective school in a country where the student visa process is more favourable and less stressful. If you have any suggestions based on personal experience or know of good options, I'd appreciate your input.
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this and help!

Thank you so much!
