So if one brings a murder case before a court. And the defendant proves otherwise, what is the judge supposed to do? All the evidence is supposed to be looked into in delivering judgement.

Nothing was proved otherwise, he killed the herdsman with the knife he collected from him. And that was the charge before the court. The court ruled based on the charge and evidence. Blame the prosecutors instead.

While I agree with you about not killing captures criminals, you have to agree that sometimes, Nigeria requires special treatments.

A nation where you as a soldier will risk your life to capture killer terrorists and then next week, the government releases them and give them better conditions than you that's a law enforcer, further fueling and enabling new recruits...

This instant execution, in my opinion is what we need right now.... we have to dump the gloves and go bare knuckle with these guys.

If you're caught, you're receiving judgment instantly... no need wasting scarce resources on court dates and feeding them while in detention.
