The law knows who the LG Chairmen are. The Yes/No Chairmen have gone.back to the same APP Appeal Court they denied.

You have not wondered why pdp has not sacked wike from the party.
The river governor will not use pdp to win all lga elections in rivers.

By the substituted service granted by the court, the plaintiff is required to serve all the court documents on Damagun and the PDP at the party’s headquarters in Abuja by pasting or handling to any adult in the building.

Wike wins this again. People deliberately make mistake and when the court rules based on objective evidence some persons will go online to should prejudice.
PDP by themselves slated Zonal Congress on the 22nd of February,2025. They did see any reason to postpone the Congress until the evening of 20th February. They wrote to INEC seeking postponement occasioned by flimsy reasonings. By the time of doing this guests from the South South Zone had all paid for hotels accommodation in Calabar.
Fubara sensing the futility of the postpone as usual went to a count in Ph to seek for injunction. Unbeknownst to him that Wike was waiting for him in Abuja with a set aside other. Immediately Fubara flew his own about to 4 on Friday Wike got an order to set aside the injunction immediately.
The letter of the postponement only got to INEC on the 25th February when the Congress has already taken place on the 22nd. Fubara, Diri and their Co have lost out again.

He has the judiciary on his side so what do you expect.

Bayelsa State High Court Orders PDP to Constitute Caretaker Committee for South South Zone.

Yenagoa, Bayelsa State - In a landmark ruling in SUIT NO: BYHC/YHC/CV/99/2025, and delivered on Friday March 7, 2025, the Bayelsa State High Court sitting in Yenagoa has ordered the Acting National Chairman, Amb Iliya Damagum, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to constitute a caretaker committee for the Party in the South South Zone.

In a motion filed by HON. SOLOMON AGWANANA, HON. BEN GEORGE ODON, and HON. GESIYE ISOWO (For themselves, and as representing the State Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bayelsa State Chapter), the court in granting the EXPARTE INJUNCTION, directed the 1st Defendant (Amb Iliya Damagum), to constitute a Caretaker committee, not later than Monday, the 10th of March, 2025, for the South-South Zone of the Peoples Democratic Party with whom the Claimants can liaise with in the management of the affairs of the Party pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice.

The court's decision which is aimed at resolving the leadership crisis within the party's South South structure, also strengthened the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Party to continue to oversee all activities of the Party in line with its Constitution as amended in 2017.

This development is expected to have significant implications for the PDP's presence in the South South Zone, and the party's national leadership has been urged to comply with the court's order.

The Bayelsa State High Court has demonstrated its commitment to upholding the rule of law and ensuring that political parties operate within the bounds of the constitution and their own internal regulations.

what's the big deal in withdrawing his stay execution when the court is about to make a pronouncement on the case? Is it not the same justice Aba ji who chaired the Rivers issues too?

The APP case was not different from the PDP case which the Appeal court had already settled.

The APP case came in Jan with consequential orders from the FHC.

In the PDP, it simply said, no jurisdiction, the OS is faulty, what that means is that the case never existed. The relief for reinstatement was not determined by the Judges.

If the APP case was not different, why did the APC go back to inform the Appeal Court they intend to file processes to an already determined suit by that Court?
