PDP to Inaugurate South South Zonal Caretaker Committee on Thursday, March 13, 2025

The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will, pursuant to its powers under the Constitution of the PDP (as amended in 2017) formally inaugurate the South South Zonal Caretaker Committee of our great Party on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

The Committee inauguration is billed to hold at the National Executive Committee (NEC) Hall, PDP National Secretariat, Wadata Plaza, Abuja at 11AM prompt.

The South South Zonal Caretaker Committee which assumed office on Monday, March 10, 2025 following expiration of the tenure of the South South Zonal Executive on Sunday, March 9, 2025 consists of the following members

1. Chief Emmanuel Ogidi - Chairman
2. Hon. Nicholas Ayuwa - Member
3. Barr. Godwin Akpan Udonta - Member
4. Mrs. Bekewei Ashanti - Member
5. Idehen Ebomoyi - Member
6. Dame Vivian Ahanmisi - Member
7. Chief Damiete Herbert-Miller -Secretary
8. ⁠Dr. Chris Uduoaka (08036554533) - Administrative Secretary

The South South Zonal Caretaker Committee is to pilot the affairs of the Party in the Zone in line with the provisions of the PDP Constitution until a new Zonal Executive is elected.

The NWC charges all leaders, critical stakeholders and teeming members of the PDP in the South South Zone to remain united, focused and continue to work together for the interest of Party and the nation.

PDP by themselves slated Zonal Congress on the 22nd of February,2025. They did see any reason to postpone the Congress until the evening of 20th February. They wrote to INEC seeking postponement occasioned by flimsy reasonings. By the time of doing this guests from the South South Zone had all paid for hotels accommodation in Calabar.
Fubara sensing the futility of the postpone as usual went to a count in Ph to seek for injunction. Unbeknownst to him that Wike was waiting for him in Abuja with a set aside other. Immediately Fubara flew his own about to 4 on Friday Wike got an order to set aside the injunction immediately.
The letter of the postponement only got to INEC on the 25th February when the Congress has already taken place on the 22nd. Fubara, Diri and their Co have lost out again.

Wike is really a fighter and troublesome. Pdp will not forget him in a hurry. They deserve what they are currently facing. Wike was the face of pdp when they lost power in 2015, he was a lone soldier when others kept mute. Some travel abroad like the Dubai man. Wike was paying salaries to workers in the national Secretariat. He supported many candidates outside his states and you think you can push him away. Tinubu has taken advantage of Wike's fight with pdp and has a political strategist, he will always support him to destroy pdp completely.

Are the Governors the law?

The APP case was not different from the PDP case which the Appeal court had already settled.

Its a 2 different case


APP case was after OSIEC action,

PDP case was before osiec action, which the Appeal court ruled that they are only prempting hence OS is faulty

The court has no say in internal party matters it is party affairs.

You are correct based on 2023.It was possible because we had believed in inec promises before election. It is not going to happen again in 2027.We are going to polling units prepared with everything possible. Any inec official that refuse to do what is on electoral law will go home in body bag.

The SW orders of the forces will not hold when the north rises with her population for defense. I have seen it happen physical. The truth is that whatever result that will come from the polling units will never be used. I foresee results manufactured at eyeneck headquarters. Nothing from the polling units will be used.
