Please help. I don't know what is happening to my scrotum and my ass.

My scrotum just itches me a lot. This thing started in 2023. I've never had itching on my scrorum in my life. The very first time I had jt was when I was 13 years. It happened only once or few times.

Then when I was in my early 20's, it happened frequently, because I had eczema. My scrotum would get very very itchy almost all the time. Then it stopped for few years.

The most recent one that started was in 2023. My scrotum would get really itchy for no reason. It would itch and itch and itch me. It extended until 2024 January. My ass also added to it. The surface of my ass would just itch me so much for no reason. I don't know why.

I found a temporary solution to it last year. Before I sleep at night, I wash my scrotum, pubic area and ass with soap and water, I'll clean it and apply formact A to it and the itching will reduce or stop for a while. When I stop applying the formbact A, the itching will start again.

This year, my scrotum and ass has not really itched me that much. Even my ass. Maybe it's the soap i'm using. But when the whether becomes very hot, my scrotum itches like mad. I'll scratch it until I have some wound there. But since I applied formact A for some days it has reduced.

I used to have wound on my scrotum before, very plenty wound when it was itchy and I scratched it a lot.

Also, when I enter the toilet and wipe my ass, inside my ass will be a little itchy.

Please what do you think might be the cause and how can I fix it?

Learn to always wear a very clean undies. Wash your boxers or pants always.

First of all, stop using Funcbact A. When it comes to your groin area, you want to avoid anti-bacteria creams. There are useful bacterias in your groin area, you don't want to kill them off.

Get an anti-fungal cream (Ketoconazole, Nizoral). Fungi is most likely the cause of the itchiness.

Make sure all your undies are washed with very hot water.
Don't use your undies through the next day.

Avoid using towels, if you need to, I'd advise hand-towel, so you can wash immediately after use all the time

One main reason why you itch a lot when it's hot it's because the heat creates moisture around your groin area, as fungi then thrive in such atmosphere. Try using dusting powder also to reduce moisture.

Use sponge and scrub that ass and scrotom, then wipe clean, apply anti bacterial cream. Make sure you avoid sweating too much. Bath immediately you get home. Always bath. Use sponge. Wash your undies clean with hot water.

I wear clean undies everyday. I wash my undies and I change them everyday. I nevr repeat my undies

Wow, thanks about the funbact A. I had no idea. How much does the anti-fungal cream cost? And what time will I apply it? I would like to apply it at night but I won't bath. I'll just wash by groin and ass, dry it with towel and apply it there.

Do I really need to wash my undies with hot water? Also, I can't stop using towels. When I bath, I like using a dry towel to wipe myself very dry.

Scrub but not too hard. I'm speaking from experience,including all areas around the scrotom

Scabies can come from sharing any material with an infected person like clothes, towel, door handle esp toilet doors or toilet itself. It can come outside sex

I'm using a towel my sibling used before, but wasn't used for a long time before it was given to me.

And my dad gives me some of his old clothes that he no longer wears.

I have two towels. One that I use to clean from my face to my waist, then I use another to clean from my waist down. The one I used to clean from my waist down is the one my sibling used.

And it's like when I started using that my sibling's towel is when the itching started and I didn't wash it before I started using it. I later washed it sha.

I'll change that towel, it's like that's the cause. And that my sibling is not really neat. I've seen them itching they're privates before. I don't know if they still itch it.

You need to be treated of scabies for it to stop permanently and then soak towel in hot water with detergent n problem should be over.

Benzyl benzoate lotion will treat it in 1 week of application. Thank me latter

I've not gone to the hospital yet. I don't even think it's that serious to go to the hospital. Sha, i've been applying formbact A on it and it has kept the itching under control.

But the formbact A is not advisable, there are other creams for it. And i'm thinking of buting a new towel because it's like the one i'm using is infected
