1. One clock will not through the whole US into darkness. The OP said 3 states are dependent on Ontario for their supply. US has 50 states.
2. Canada is not the biggest player in the region, the OP said Canada is more dependent on American exports than the other way round.

Trump has made the almighty United States a laughing stock. The worst part of this is that he didn't even have to do any of these things he did.
