We're talking about leadership positions.
You send your worst to the center and avoiding taking responsibility
Thunderfayamods:
If you want to criticize people criticize without mentioning tribes. How about Igbos who are destroying Nigeria and killing innocent people with the production of fake drugs? Or is judiciary the only Nigeria problem?

If you dare trespass on any part of the designated property line, partner the constitution gives me the rest to defend my property by any means necessary. Thank my lucky stars I don't live in that country

They failed to argue their case in the court of justice and failed to convince the judges, but instead they are trying to convince the laymen on the social media. I refuse to fall for this grin grin

So, justice is when he kills and he's able to work away freely with the help of court and judges?

Are Igbos not also part of judiciary? Are leaders the only problem of a country? Are leaders the ones that made Igbos to be producing fake products?

THE SUPREME COURT GOVERNOR?

NIGERIA STILL GET SUPREME COURT?

JOKE OF THE CENTURY
Many people had been set free based on the self defence arguments. This one got death sentence because he and his lawyers failed to convince the various judges handling the case that it was actually a self defence

My prayer is that herdsmen issue will not cause civil war in Nigeria. I still don't see any reason why herdsmen are free to kill and others must not scratch their body. Let them stop taking their cows to people's farm.

I refused to be blackmailed emotionally. Is this a news or an article trying to sway opinions of the internet users who didn't know anything about the case?

Everything rises and falls on leadership.

The Yoruba and Hausa-Fulanis leaders of the executive and judiciary 2015-2025 destroyed Nigeria. Nigeria lost a decade.

Who are the CJNs from 2015 to now? This period is when the Supreme Court Fraud continuously gave terrible judgments

The judiciary has been dispensing injustice under terrible CJNs

I don't give a damn about that! Whatever supreme court decides is based on vote and Igbos are also there voting!

Just is, is if someone comes to kill you, you have a right to kill him. That is what is Self Defence.

How much more one that came to your land without permission, to do what you the land owner does not like there and instead of running away, turns to attack you.

As proven by why soldiers are killing bandits and why America bombed Japan and yet, Japan apologized.

Clearly, herdsmen own the country and they saying that they have a right to kill anyone but no one has a right to kill them back.

Like Syria, another civil war is apparent, unless of course everyone bows to the will of the bandits and herdsmen.

I tell you again you can criticize but stop relating it to tribe. Look at how you are stylishly avoiding to talk about Igbos, you are probably Igbo and that is hypocritical And it is obvious that you are a tribalist.

Have a good day

Yes and if not Nigeria for the fraudulent electoral system we've been pushing for reforms, these people wouldn't have won.

We keep pushing for electronic transmission and collation but guess who were the people that blocked it in the national assembly? Yorubas and Hausa-Fulanis lawmakers, saying no network in their places when in fact they know their candidates at the time can't win a free, fair and credible election.

Abeg leave matter, just accept that Yorubas and Hausa-Fulani leadership since 2015 destroyed Nigeria for good

The law does not know sentiment. That is why Lady Justita wears a blindfold but if we talk, people who went to google law school will start to mention us upandan and start throwing insults that expose their hollow state of mind.

Wielding a weapon, be it a pen knife or a gun is a burden on the carrier and thus, the carrier or the “holder” as at any given time has the burden of thinking with a clear head and with the law as his foremost priority. Unfortunately, most people have been indoctrinated by western movies and believe that they can do like the protagonist of such movies or believe that they can act according to the rules of the western world not realizing that even some states in America have different rules and interpretations to said rules.

I remember how they came for my head when the whole Anambra EFCC saga happened and I tried to point out from a legal standpoint but all they could summarize was “self defense”. Now we have seen the position of the law on said self defense even from the apex court of the land.

As unfortunate as the ruling might be, all we can say is “As the court pleases” and hope that the young man is given a state reprieve by way of a pardon.

We rise.
You just spewed a whole pile of jargon

Hmmm Sentencing him to death is way too harsh. Though I must say without sentiment, that Jackson should have left him alone, immediately after subduing him, rather than killing him, such act reek of premeditated murder.
Did you read where the Fulani man attacked and stabbed Jackson several times? Jackson was defending his life and killed his assailant. If you were in Jackson's shoes, wouldn't you do anything to save your life?

Are you a Fulani or are you just stupid?

These groups put criminals in position because they lacked meritocracy
Are they equally responsible for under development in your region?

I would have had no problem with calling out our bad system and her leaders but singling out tribe(s) is no, no for me, no tribe can exonerate herself from the rotting system we operate.
Is SE nor any other region better than the other in terms of corruption and bad leadership?

These just few least of Igbos that serve under BUBU
1. Chris Ngige – Anambra State – Minister Labour and Employment
2. Sharon Ikeazor – Anambra State – Minister of State, Environment
3. Ogbonnaya Onu – Ebonyi State – Minister of Science and Technology
4. Geoffrey Onyeama – Enugu State – Minister of Foreign Affairs
5. Emeka Nwajiuba – Imo State – Minister of State for Education
6. Rotimi Amaechi – Rivers State – Minister of Transportation
7. Dr. Ikechukwu Ogah – Abia State – Minister of State Mines and Steel
8. Okechukwu Enelamah, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment

I think we (Christians) are beginning to tolerate too much already. What sort of rubbish is this? The same constitution with which you claim to pass a sentence states that whatever action necessary ought to be taken within 90 days, yet it took 6 years.

It's shameful to see that none of us is willing to speak up, probably because it hasn't affected us up close. SUCH A BIG SHAME!!!

So now you’re dragging a TV station into your fake news agenda? That’s a new low. First, you push a completely made-up story, and now you’re lying about Arise TV airing some "documentary" on it? Nice try, but no one’s buying it.

Let’s be clear: The Supreme Court never gave any such ruling, and no judge made the statement you're claiming. This is just another desperate attempt to mislead people. If you have real evidence, bring it forward. Otherwise, stop spreading falsehoods just because you're upset with the system.

Consider this a warning.
