But then please who can explain what’s written on this two pages for me please 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 And I see that one page had a date created by year 2017 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ I have never put in for Canada application until last year feb. I got a mail from ircc to requesting for my passport. My question is can i submit to the embassy in nigeria or it has to be the one in uk?. Another question is can i send my passport to ircc via dhl from nigeria?..thanks |

tolley2kool:Based on the details in the GCMS notes, your application was refused due to "misrepresentation", as per paragraph 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). This makes you "inadmissible to Canada for five years from the date of the refusal letter till after September 2029" .l guess You gave your application to an agent who has been flagged by IRCC for using the same pattern of documents and payment cards for many applicants. The application was sent a procedural fairness letter asking you to explain why you did not disclose that you used an agent for your application but the letter was ignored . As per the 2017 date on the gcms note , do not worry about the date—it's the same for most refusals, and it is not about your application date. |

The agent you used has really messed up your profile. He submitted your application and forgot about it. I wish there is a way to deal with such demonic "agent". Just forget about Canada for the next 5 years. The misrepresentation should have been attended to when IRCC raised the issue. tolley2kool: |

affoncad:Kindly clarify my on this question too. My first and second application was refused because of finances, not been able to prove source of funds and how the money in the account was accumulated. I used Naira account on both the first and second POF, but now I want to use a Canadian bank draft for my POF. I have paid my first semester tution fee, i want to put 35CAD on the Canadian bank draft as my remaining tution fee and living expenses. Because I heard it serves as GIC purpose too. My question is 1. Do i have to show a naira account to proof source of funds too? If yes, like how much should I show in the naira account? With what opening and closing balance? 2. If i attach only Canadian bank draft as my only POF with 35 CAD, what documents will I need to provide to show how the money was accumulated and to convince the Visa officer that I actually have access to the money. 3. I also want to prove that I do business and work. Do i need separate business account for it and also have seperate account that shows my salary earnings? Your inputs and guidance will be highly appreciated as this is my third application, i want to get it this time around. |

Good evening everyone, Kindly clarify me on this questions because I want to reapply for the 3rd time. My first and second application was refused because of finances, from the GCMS note it was stated that the money is sufficient but not been able to prove source of funds and how the money in the account was accumulated. I used Naira account on both the first and second POF, but now I want to use a Canadian bank draft for my POF so as to rest from anything naira account. I have paid my first semester tution fee, i want to put 35CAD on the Canadian bank draft as my remaining tution fee and living expenses. Because I heard it serves as GIC purpose too.( I stand to be corrected though) My question is 1. While using a Canadian bank draft of 35CAD. Do i have to show a naira account like business and salary account to proof source of funds too and how the money was accumulated? If yes, like how much should I show in the naira account? With what opening and closing balance? 2. If i attach only Canadian bank draft as my only POF with 35 CAD, what documents will I need to provide to show how the money was accumulated and to convince the Visa officer that I actually have access to the money. 3. I also want to prove that I do business and work. Do i need separate business account for it and also have seperate account that shows my salary earnings? Attached are my first and second GCMS NOTE Your inputs and guidance will be highly appreciated as this is my third application, i want to get it this time around.

Jumm233:I hope this response isn't too late: When you/she submitted her passport, the officer that attended to you/her must have asked if you/she wanted an in-person passport collection or a courier delivery. For in-person collection, the procedure is pretty simple and easy. - Print the email advising that the passport (decision envelope) is ready for collection at the VFS Lagos office. - Go with the slip that you were given when you went for passport submission. - Go with your mom early to the VFS Lagos office; don't join the long queue for biometrics; simply approach the security that you are there for passport collection; they will direct you to the passport collection office at the back of the building. - Present the document, and the officer in-charge would stamp acknowledgement of receipt on the slip, and then your mom will sign that she received the passport herself. She could go alone too (but it's advisable she has a company that could help her around, if she's aged). The entire process of in-person passport collection takes about 5–10 minutes. Provided there is no long waiting queue (hardly is there one, anyway) For in-person passport collection, you cannot do it for her without her being there; she has to be there physically herself to collect the passport. Alternatively, if she doesn't want to go there in-person, just pay for the courier services. Congratulations to mama! |

Even if you do GIC, u would still need to prove the source of the fund. Ur gcms notes are pretty straightforward. In my own opinion, still use d same acc u used in ur previous application and try to explain the source of d funds by providing ur employment contract, payslips and tax certificate. If u do business, provide CAC, annual returns(if its business name), invoices/recepits and TCC(personal income tax) BarbieGoldD: |

Hello Everyone, I had my biometrics done last week Friday, I checked my portal today and I saw "we need more information from you" notification. "Based on your application, we need your biometrics" Is it possible for vfs not to transmit it or what else could have happened.

From your application history, the visa officer has flagged you of not showing evidence for the funds source. Whatever you do, if that suspicion is not dealth with, you may end up getting the same decision. Get someone who is legally financial stable and is sponsoring you to share their source of funds as someone above said if they are the one supporting you. Otherwise you will need to show how you source the fund yourself if you re self sponsoring. I don't think it is too much to ask by the visa officer. Canada don't want money from untraceable source as inflow into Canada. It could be money from ML/FT sources so no matter what you do if you don't prove its source you haven't done anything. Congratulations! You can submit your passport for the visa in Nigeria. I applied while in the U.S, and I got PPR while in (Lagos) Nigeria. I sent my passport and necessary docs, including transmission payment, to Abuja via DHL (return service), and I got my passport back in a few days. zenzen: |
