The Rivers State House of Assembly has initiated move to investigate the state Chief Judge, Simeon Amadi, for alleged falsification of age.

Some children Here keep singing chief judge is not appoint by the governor. If he is noticed of impeachment he must constitute a panel. All of you don't even understand the constitution. The game plan now is to remove the Chief judge Cox he is loyal to Fubara and will block any impeachment plan

Inasmuch as i want Gov Sim to be thought a lesson for his lawlessness for destroying the assembly complex that was builtwith poor Rivers taxpayer's money, i don't want him to be impeached. He has learned his lesson. I want peace in Rivers state.

It is within their powers to do so. Rivers State might probably need a new Chief Judge because under the watch of this present one, Rivers State judiciary has become a joke, especially the High Court.
