Were they supporting him before? grin Give us another mumu talk.
Has Obj ever supported him for once?

Just because you want to make a statement that makes no sense, you have to call others names. That someone left power 20 years ago, does that suggest he has a clean record or exonerate him from the mess in the country today? The democracy we practiced in Nigeria was ruined by Obasanjo and built upon by others. So, if you build a house on a faulty foundation, you are suggesting that the foundation should be ignored, while we focus on the cracks on the walls and the building sinking. Does this make any sense to you? To ignore Obasanjo in this whole mess is to say he was a saint. Obasanjo is not different from every other president that ruled.
Democracy under Obasanjo is 10X better than what we have now.

Tell me how many ordinary citizens Obj used the police to intimidate and silence them when they criticized his government.

How many Obj supporters called other people names because they failed to support Obj.

You claim Obj destroyed democracy, why did subsequent leaders not correct the anomaly?

Why did subsequent leaders not reduce the power the president wields. They preached so much when they were in opposition about restructuring and true federalism, but cling onto the powers vested in the president.

Let’s stop this attitude of blaming others for mistakes they make and we as a people instead of correcting the mistakes, we enjoy the perks that come with it.

The same way y’all say the 1966 coup caused all Nigeria’s problems till date. After the Jan 66 coup, they were over 5 coups. Why was the anomaly not corrected?

3rd mainland bridge legacy project of IBB.
Coastal road project will be one of BAT legacy project.. OBJ is in pain as nothing tangible to be remember for after he join his ancestors
.

Who built national theatre Iganmu? Na Tinubu abi?

Till tomorrow who is credited with mobile phones and network services penetration in Nigeria? Buhari?

History is there for you to learn.

Obj is 10X better and has contributed more to the development of this country than any other past leader.

That doesn’t make him a saint.

Lagos - Calabar Coastal Road is a major transformative project that should be applauded. Obasanjo seems to be Anti-South with his rants, as I do not see him condemning Badagri-Sokoto Highway that is 1000km, but focuses his hate on the 700KM Road.

Na wa o!

It seems you were young or you did not have access to information when Obasanjo was president. Obasanjo supervised the worst of human rights abuse since the start of civil dispensation in 1999; even, governors, senate presidents and party chairmen were not spared. He had the opportunity to set a good benchmark for later presidents but he allowed greed and corruption to take the better of him. I wonder how he is always sanctimonious, calling others corrupt. He is nothing more than the Chichidodo bird in Ayi Kwei Armah's The Beautiful Ones are Not Yet Born; a bird that says it does not eat shit but eats maggot that is found inside shit. Obasanjo during his time barefaced forced Nigerians to contribute money for his Presidential Library, built his Bell University, established Transcorp headed by Ndidi Okereke Onyiuke where he had personal shares and many other infractions. He is on record to have supervised the worst set of elections in Nigeria. How many roads did Obasanjo construct in Southern Nigeria during his eight years?

There is nothing 10x better in the same democracy except you just want to turn blind eye to what Obasanjo did. You talked about police but failed to talk about the witch-hunt through EFCC by the same Obasanjo. Police also did their worse by illegally arresting people under the same Obasanjo. Go and read what Human right watch said about the Obasanjo's government.

Was it not the same Obasanjo who corrupted the house of assembly just to always have his will proceed. Obasanjo gave the model for corruption in Nigeria.

You talked about reform and suggest it is something that comes within a twinkle of an eye. What happened to the local government autonomy? Isn't that part of the reform? Please, tell me if this same autonomy is openly embraced by all states. We just praise a man who destroyed everything called democracy in Nigeria just for his selfish agenda.

How did Obasanjo's Library which he has personalised for himself came to be? Were the Governors not forced to pay for this? Go ask Fayose his account of this issue.

When I see people praise this man, I just feel sad. Maybe they lack understanding of history under this same man or turned blind eye just for selfish reasons. Obasanjo is not different from every other leader that has ruled or is still ruling. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME

If someone before you made some mistakes that caused bad things to happen. You learning the results of the person’s mistakes, would you keep making the same mistakes you accused that person of making?

If Obasanjo truly didn’t put the country on the right democratic path, after Obj we’ve had 4 presidents, why didn’t they do the right things?

Building a nation is not only about road constructions. Obasanjo administration did not focus only on infrastructure. He gave the best economic team this country ever had since 1999. He took the country from a debt ridden nation to a debt free nation. He built many of the power stations that are in use in the country till this day. Even in the same south he constructed roads.

He is not a saint, but history has shown that his administration was better than what we find ourselves in now.

You Obasanjo, is also a part of this problem when you openly disagreed with GEJ and tore your card openly, there after you became an expert in Open letter writing. this is the result of your actions then.

Obasanro omo Kobo kobo anti Yoruba ,and anti Tinubu big wigs , they say when the head is off it will be too late to cry again.
Being what you are as antiTinubu, what is wrong with inter city road construction systems operations goings on by Tinubu _ Lagos to Calabar, Lagos to Kano and many others ongoing here there and yonder by the current administration and for a United country to exist there must be inter city linkages for good and successful trading business activities and tribal relationships activities 🙄 👍 but you as anti Tinubu and omo Kobo kobo say No what Tinubu is doing to bring Nigeria into a united country.
Going back into civilised advanced countries, there own development activities are not only through intercity road construction systems but also inter States linkages systems construction systems.
Today China to Europe through super railway systemic operations are in good 👍 operations. Today from Chaina to Europe takes about 18 hours through modern super speed rail systems operations and because of this super mordern transportation system has caused good relationships between China and Europe.
For Obasanro omo Kobo kobo anti Yoruba and anti Tinubu to say No to what Tinubu is going through he should stop his hatred system operations and bury his head in shame.

Yea, but Ogun shares very close borders with Ondo. If you are driving or in a commercial vehicle, as soon as you get to Ondo, it's gonna be less hours getting to Ogun. The beauty of it is that it's a straight road & it's corridors will be filled with businesses & a railtrack. Thereby nearly eliminating the chances of bandits & kidnappers.
