anonimi:oga forget the Pandora bullshit and name calling, look at the situation on ground, which yoruba person can beat Tinubu in 2027? The same politicians he is controlling? Seyi makinde? The only person that can stand Tinubu from the South is Obi, but he doesn't have the enough spread to go h2h with Tinubu, since it will be a two horse race. Only Atiku/Obi combo can beat that. |

Until he visits Fubara and Makinde, then we will take him serious! But, is he not going to destroy PDP/SDP as he did with LP? |

This is too late , You people Atiku, Peter and Kwankwaso blew up the chances you all had in last presidential's election. All these is tantamount to waste at the end. The time you people would have came together , you all went your seperate ways thus divining votes into 3 , now what will this merger produce? The man that was so desperate to rule and he made it clear , it was his turn , is it now that he is on sit that you people will unsit him. This is a journey of futility , let every body braze up for this tenure and next 4 years. |

To the ibos, If Peter obi defects to another party, its a welcome development Politician defects, they political orostitures. What does the ibos want self. Obi cannot win PDP primaries except he work for it.t. PDP will not give obi her ticket on a platter of gold. The highest bidder wins the ticke But if another |

Felabrity:Obi has spoiled his chances of being a prominent part of any main party's ticket last election. It will take too much image laundering efforts to even make him a running mate for a successful challenge against the political prowess of Tinubu and Shettima. |

SmartPolician:Well stated. That's the template APC used in 2015. Peter Obi should return to PDP. If Wike like make him remain. Let them all flog it out in PDP primaries. The way Buhari did in 2015. Nigeria has sunken so low. Patriots need to come together and salvage this Nation. Never have we had it so bad. Not even the times of Abacha has Nigeria gone to the dogs. This Nation needs resting. Nigeria is for all of us. Enough for agents of darkness that have run rag and all manner of impunity has been tolerated. Enough is enough. |

I just hope the opposition parties know what they are doing. The important thing is that all opposition parties should rally around one candidate. |

Labour party esp the 'illegal' national chairman Julius Abure really scored an own goal with their handling of Peter Obi! Just like a politician was quoted as saying during one of the labour party crisis,Abure is small minded just like most of the mushroom parties! Obi did not only elevate LP with those enormous votes but also took them to the apex of political conversations! The hierarchy should have consolidated on this huge success in 2023 by remolding the party to a better alternative and as a third force by coming out stronger and challenging in 2027 but their small mindedness and greed mindset didn't allow them see the bigger picture! Now they may likely lose Obi to the PDP and LP will most definitely return to their default position of 10k plus votes in the presidential election! The leadership in LP can however salvage the situation before it's too late by sacking themselves from office and doing a proper and transparent national LP convention! |
