so you already know that you'll kpai before ya wife?

Legendary Simp
No wonder my wife is better educated than even you!

Because I allow my wife to grow, she has probably been in more countries than you.

Mr Hard man.
So what have you gained by limiting your wife?

I can bet that you are either not married or newly married with a wife you cannot even trust to cook your food for fear of poisoning

The only thing I wonder about situations like this is...

Men why is it that the first thing you do when you make small money is to find a woman and carry responsibility no one sent you.

This man now, how much has he spent on his parents and siblings. Even leave siblings. His mother and father, how much of his money have they eaten for him to say okay now I can get a woman.

You were jobless but rather than building yourself you decided to find yet another jobless woman.

As a woman I wonder what goes on in your head. The first time I worked post secondary school my mind did not go to man or kids, I immediately taught of my parents. Even now as a full time worker, I'm still focused on letting my parents eat my money first before finding responsibility no one sent me.

This seems like a reoccurring theme among men and genuinely I wonder why? The funny part is most men who do this come from poor homes. You spend money on a wife and your kids but your family are home is barely surviving. Look at mothers of wives and mothers of husbands. Women tend to have healthier looking mothers because they spend om them.

If you finished school without a job then focus on yourself first, take care of your parents consistently before you look for a woman. Worse even if you want a woman who isn't working.

Personally I think men plunge themselves into unnecessary wahala when they do this. Before you spend on a woman, let your mother be balling.

Sincerely don't understand what goes on in a man's mind when he does something like this.

From the comments on Nairaland, you would notice that many People are generally unhappy to see marriages flourish.

They are generally happy when they hear of situations where people pass thru hell in marriage as that's what they are used to hearing as that ticks their preconceived notions

Anything outside the normal bad news about marriage, they attack. I would not have advised this man to bring his "wins" so far to cyber social space

Too much bad energy here
that is because that is now the order of the day

I dn't have a problem with the idea of making sacrifices for ones spouse but it shouldn't be this one sided.

You already put her through uni - the next thing is a demand for aviation school? Not that the man is rich. He's struggling! No thought of letting the man rest? No thought of working for a while to help this guy or sponsor yourself for the next phase of your learning?

Nobody who loves their spouse will behave like this.
Exactly my thoughts too. You are very wise.

That guy would definitely regret it if the girl betrays her.

So long she is his legally married wife,no problem.
What I am against is a man sponsoring a so called girlfriend's education with the intention of marrying her after she finished her education with NYSC,many men are not lucky in that situation.
Even being married is worst.
You will be dying silently at home - she will be disrespecting you, give you timetable for sex, you will be irritating her because your sight reminds her of a failure that she deserves something better with her new status, some will even cheat recklessly with their bosses or well to do colleagues, meeting upon meeting at work, in Abuja and lodge in hotels for days.
If you talk, everyone including her family will say you are insecure and not giving their daughter rest because she is doing better than you.
It will likely highly lead to divorce anyway

See? This is what I have been saying but mumu men will abuse me and say redpill is rubbish.

How in hell is it that when a man has money, that's when he would wanna marry or chase women and not even enjoy his life? But a woman has all that shiit, and she won't even care about marriage or regard a man.

You said it better as a female. Case closed.

No mind them your case is different not one old illiterate granfather sponsoring a spring chicken.

You are her husband and she is your wife.
You young she young
You fine she fine.

What is not to love. Na marital investment that will bear good fruits.

GistMedia0:
A Nigerian man has stirred conversations online after revealing how he has been supporting his wife’s education since their marriage. According to him, he married his wife while she was in her first year at university and, despite being jobless at the time, worked hard to ensure she completed her degree. shocked

Taking to social media, the proud husband shared how he took on responsibilities after her graduation, securing a job to sustain their family. However, when his wife later expressed her desire to attend aviation school, he continued to support her dream.

"After graduating, I jejely looked for work with my first degree to feed my family. I married her in 100 level without a job, but I managed as a jobless guy to sponsor her through her degree at Uni Agric. After her degree, I never went to any other school, but my wife said she wanted to go to aviation school, so I had no option but to support her," he wrote.

He also dismissed the belief that a more educated wife would disrespect her husband, stating: shocked

"I am one of those few ones who never believed that if your wife is more educated than you, she will not respect you. When I no get strength, she go train my kids. Kunav girls no deh mumu."

While many praised him for being a supportive husband, some critics warned that his sacrifices could "end in tears."

"I just pray she doesn’t meet someone better than you in aviation school," shocked one person commented.

As a young pilot in naija you will put in hors of flight time at lease 2500 before you begin to see road for jobs. Even when you get the jobs you are always on the air no time for friends and family for at least 2-3 years.
