First of all, her family is useless so they don't count. They made her the breadwinner of the family just cos she was a pretty child actress. They used her without caring for her. The girl left home really early to escape them. I'm not even mad about him not giving her money. The Tale Of Two Kdramas And Their Deceptive Labelling (not quite but I want to rant. Lol)

The Witch was a drama I looked forward to watching because the plot was fresh and I liked the male lead. Also, if I am not wrong, romance was part of its label. But like I wrote about a few weeks ago, that aspect of the drama was scarce. Of the whole 10 episodes, I can say that the leads spoke to each other for maybe 40mins (maybe I am even over generous here). I still like the drama but I'm definitely unhappy with the way it ended.

Also, I wanted them to explain the reason why those things around her were happening but instead of these people to give us an explanation, they decided to say "oh, it's not just her, it's happening to someone else too and there's no reason for it. They were just born that way" 🙄.

Also what's with the forced romance with the second leads. That story line would have been fine but it felt rushed and unbelievable.


The second drama is Buried Hearts

This wasn't on my watchlist. I wasn't in the mood for any revenge drama but my curiosity was only going to allow me to watch the first episode and move along just because I like the male lead. Loved his character in Doctor Slump However, I was genuinely surprised that I enjoyed the episode. I love the drama more than all the dramas I am currently watching. I can't remember if this was labelled as having any romance but alas, it has more romance than The Witch. Apart from the romance aspect which I really like, the plot of the drama is really good. The story keeps me intrigued and entertained. I even want to join the male lead in his revenge against those wicked people 🤣 I pray it ends well.

Newtopia is ending next week. I can't wait.

Undercover high school continues to be good. Lmao SEO byung mun is an evil witch and I can't wait for her to go down but I was so happy when she was beating the hell out of that silly boy😂 lol the effontery! Not only did he expose her plans to her daughter, he had the guts to be insulting her daughter in front of her lmao he's a real dummy cos he doesn't even know who's at the top of the food chain 🤣 tbh I wanted her to beat him some more when he didn't even realize what he did wrong.

The art of negotiation also continues to be good. I guess Mr ha's work in this drama is to always doubt the male lead and everytime the male lead proves him wrong. In the first week he bragged that uri male lead was about to destroy himself, male lead won. 2nd week again the same thing happened. Lol by this time shouldn't he just give up on opposing the guy😂 I wonder how he'll brag again next week. Even his followers know he's a loser but eye service no go gree Dem leave am
