3) But government cannot spend any money or take any loan, or receive any grant that requires counterpart funding without the approval of the National Assembly. The Senate could decide not to approve it, could change things, etc.

4) The Senate has announced that it has approved that China Development Bank will be the financier of the project.

How much aid does China give to the continent? Have you checked that? With all the anti-west narrative on the continent, should the West keep throwing money down the drain? China is investing to make a return not to show any sort of friendship. China invests more in America than the entire Africa…is that for friendship? America does the same in China, is that also friendship? Africa better wise up and understand there are no friends anywhere. It needs to fix its culture of lies to progress.

Africans don’t understand the concept of contracts. For example, no African I know pays their debt on time or honors contracts. No African I know tries to understand the position of the law before wading into matters. The churches, mosques, federal government, police, judges, animists — all filled with liars. No one investigates to find the truth. Now back to wall street and big pharma — if you think those 2 are bad, try the CCP when it comes to bad loans and suppressing information. Those who protested with white paper during Covid went missing. Those who criticize the Chinese government in private chat groups get arrested. Again, the funds China struggles hard to invest in America, is it for friendship or for returns?
