France and Emmanuel Macron have decided to become leaders of the free world since the United States decided it no more wanted that role.

Last week France tested landing a large tonnage aircraft together with 400 troops on ice in Greenland. The plane they used has more carrying capacity than the C-130. Though the plane France used is nowhere as large as the American C-5 galaxy which is the largest such aircraft in the world.

France is indicating that it is ready to marshal forces in defence of Europe and will go toe to toe with America if it comes to that. Whatever has to be said, the global order that has kept the world together for the past 80 years is no more.

France cannot challenge the US at all. They are only taking a lead coz they have largest war equipment (plus the UK) within the group.

In a war scenario, France and EU will die in d long-run bcoz their economies are already being stretched, and they don't have adequate mineral resources or tech exports to carry the consequential costs.

No EU nation is even in top 10.

Russia is always arrogant coz it sits upon untapped $75 trillion worth of solid mineral resources.

Saudi, China, Japan, Canada, Brazil, South Africa can be arrogant bcoz they have lots of things they can explore and sell to easily survive and even thrive.

EU's previous edge was technology and that is currently heavily being hijacked by China, South Korea, even India etc.

That's one of the reasons why Trump had the guts to be talking arrogantly and mal-treating EU leaders (Irish PM, Zelenski, British PM, even French leader at the Oval Office recently. If you don't have tech edge anymore, and no worthy solid minerals, he estimates them as worthless. That's the truth.

He cant try that rubbish with leaders of Russia, China, Japan, Saudi etc. Those ones may not even come to him.

EU/France is on a huge decline.
