I am deeply disappointed by the unjust and illegal restriction of my Opay account. A customer lodged a complaint against me, and instead of following due process through law enforcement or giving me a chance to respond, Opay restricted my account without hearing my side of the story!

This action is a clear violation of fair business practices and banking regulations. A financial institution should not act as judge and jury based on one-sided complaints! Restrictions like this can disrupt legitimate businesses and livelihoods.

I demand that Opay immediately review this case, lift the restriction, and ensure proper dispute resolution methods are followed. No bank should have the power to freeze accounts without legal due process!

I call on everyone who has experienced this unfair treatment to speak up! Let’s demand accountability from financial institutions.

That's inconvenience and shouldn't be. OPAY should have contacted me before restricting my account. Once the issue is resolved, I'll cease to use OPAY and any of these online banks.
