The truth here is that, “You can never say ‘Never’ in this particular scenario..”

You cannot totally rule out the usefulness of organic activities from the citizens.
#EndSARS is a very good example of such.

Moreover, if it improbably has significant impact, the major parties will just launch their own app version the next election cycle using the ever willing mushroom groups that litter the political space.

Since 2015,, all these major parties already have similar apps/softwares set-up at their various election monitoring situation rooms.. And they don't need the so-called mushroom political groups to send the data to them.. They usually pay and train Agents at all levels who are in constant communication with these situation rooms..

But up till this moment, both the INEC and the members of our National Assembly still believe that it is such a difficult technology to have.. Especially that of live electronic tallying and collation system.

If the citizens have something that is live and instantaneous and electronic, and the technology makes it possible for the citizens themselves to LIST DOWN ALL THE POLLING-UNITS WHERE THERE WERE MANIPULATIONS,, EVEN BEFORE THE INEC CALLS THE FINAL RESULTS, (without waiting for the INEC or waiting on the Politicians), then the INEC and the Politicians (and even the nonsense copy-and-paste Media) would all be forced to know (without being told) THAT THE PEOPLE ARE ALREADY SO TIRED OF ALL THEIR ARCHAIC METHODS.

I am just very optimistic..
If it doesn't happen now, it will still happen sooner (or even later),, but it won't take too long before we get it right..

And the citizens will just be taking notes.

If they rigged, and we didn't know how they rigged, it is a fault on us. And we cannot stop a repetition of the rigging.
But if they rigged and we saw everything they did, we can easily expose them and stop them from repeating the rigging again.

Up till now, we still get to have INEC announcing results, yet they don't produce the details of such results they announced. And we really need these details..

Post 2027 elections, we are back to Nigeria wonder repeat cycle..

Brown paper journalist will write to explain why Judifraudry must be obeyed for peace and prosperity in the land.

CAN will also not voice out loudly so ruling party will not feel betrayed.

As depressing as all these things may be,, I am not giving-up hope yet.

I HAVE BOYCOTTED ELECTIONS TWO TIMES IN THE PAST DUE TO THEIR ELECTORAL SHENANIGANS.. AND I KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE ARE ALSO BOYCOTTING THE RECENT ELECTIONS FOR THE SAME REASONS TOO..

BUT THAT WILL NOT MAKE OUR ELECTIONS TO BECOME BETTER..

These people are so desperate that they had once declared Winner of an LG election in Abuja with only 7% voters turnout..

In fact,, even if only 30 persons come out to vote in 2027 Presidential Election,, the INEC we know will declare a winner, and whoever they declare as winner will rule over the remaining 220million people who didn't vote.

And this is exactly what they really want our people to become..
