Was the defection of the 27 Rivers state house of Assembly members before the supreme court? If not why should the supreme delved on the issue of defection of the law makers? The courts have on several occasions made it abundantly clear that they are not 'Father Christmas', hence they can only give you what you ask them.

These are impeachable misconduct especially spending without appropriation as a governor. Most of us shouted here that disobeying that Justice Omotoshos judgement will not favour the governor.

Who give the Governor the power to declare any House of Assembly members seats vacant ? Only the court of law can do so. You don't follow the law and you said it's your state but you forgot the HOA is also from the state like yourself
