And the list goes on and on!!!
In all those societies you appeal to, you won't have the values you presently take for granted!!!

I'm not saying that some elements didn't use some certain verses out of context but what am saying is that the present "freedom" you have comes from a Christian foundation!!!

Something strange happened to me that till date, I still find it difficult to comprehend.

I went to a friends place where I was staying before my own area in the location was demolished. The place has almost 24 hours light while where I packed to also have over 24 hours power outrage. Because of my remote job that requires constant light, I always go to my friends place to do my job there cos of availability of light. On this particular day, i was writing, at a point I needed to go to the toilet. My friends house is almost complete as there is no toilet yet in his house. I was closing the door when he came in from a job and saw me going out, he asked where I was going, I told him I was going to the Bush to poo, he said we should go together. There's is this cashew plantation in this said area where we go to poo. When we got there, we saw some little boys harvesting cashew, we had to move inside a bit to give them space and also for us to be comfortable pooing..we were about 20 feet apart when suddenly something dropped beside me..when it dropped, I was shocked cos it was like film to me, but I was still trying to process the whole thing because it was in the afternoon, I move from the stuff and was about going when my friend insisted that didn't I see what dropped down..that this couldn't be real..we moved closer and took a picture of it...it was a charm built like a table tennis bat. It wasn't hung on a tree, cos there were trees around the whole area..I thank God that I was with a friend that saw what happened, if not even e personally wouldn't believe what I saw! And how it happened!..

I believe two things about what happened!

I believed that the power around us overpowered the charm around there to nullify it, or the stuff is directly related to me and that the whole manipulations through the charm has been nullified!

I seriously need input if people who are spiritually tested to know what really happened!

Till date, I can still fathom this happening!

If it's very light, then it probably fell from a tree after a strong wind. There's nothing deep about it.
Life doesn't care about your beliefs. So if you're going to get harmed, nothing will stop it from happening.
The object which fell is useIess unless it's somehow laced with poison or a harmful substance.
Nothing supernatural about it.

Nope. They stemmed from PEOPLE who reasoned. Your Christ had little to nothing to do with it. At no point did Christ, according to the tales, even attempt to reform society. In fact the foremost apostles told Christians to obey the government and not rock the boat, exactly as Christ is purportedly recorded to have told them. Tell me which of the apostles was a societal reformer? NONE. People had to reason past the confines of your religious dogma to get things going.
