Which useless federal might be that? The same might that has been struggling with Boko Haram for more than a decade? They could not overcome the crisis in Niger Delta until late President Yar'dua implemented the amnesty programme.
The Supreme Court was very stupid and biased to rule that a state (and people on the land that produce the oil should be denied allocation from oil revenue because of local govt elections.
If problem bursts in Rivers state on a full scale (I pray it does not), it will affect everybody badly, including the state and FGN.
The FGN should rather call Wike the idiot and his thugs (in the house of assembly) to order and allow peace to reign in Rivers.
