Please I urgently need advice.
I would have love to start a business,but I don't have ideas of any business now.
I have landed properties,I am also thinking of starting of building my house.

I am still expecting more money.
So this not the only money I will have.
I just need to utilize this funds properly that's all

I have finished my foundation already.
Three bedroom flat,and a selfcon at the back.

In that case use it to continue the building. That'll be the safest bet for you considering the fact that you don't even have any ideas of what business to start.

The 3 million will go a long way in the building projet if you already have a land. Venturing into a business you have no idea about is like Bet9ja.
The building in the pix 6 million took it that far. Twin 2 bed room

1. Whatever you doing presently to get this money keep doing it.
2. Ensure you do business that won't reduce the money. Do something business that people need... That can generate daily or weekly money.
3. State setting aside like 15% of your profit in another account for your building. When it's up to what you can use to do the foundation state. Don't build a dream house now.
4. Build a use you can use to make money...short apartments, shops etc to increase your revenue base.

I done with the foundation already, 6 months ago

Life can be a trap sometimes I have been in that exact situation 4 years ago , I start a building project and open a salon ( I have previous experience by learning Barbing salon for almost 2 years)

I don’t regret any of my decisions but if I have the experience and exposure I have now I’ll do better with the money , if you don’t have previous experience in any business just take the money to your site and secure it there or else you will probably lose it all

I am going to continue with the project,at least I will know I have spent 6 million altogether.
I go day see my money with my eyes

Sow it as a seed and thank me later with your tithe.

Reinvest 60% into the business and use the remaining % to start up a building project...




Let me expatiate, don't just rush to start the building project now, reinvest the both percentages I stated into your business business and separate the profits, giving yourself some timeline to start the building project, may 6 months or one year or thereabout.


When the time to start comes use the full profits from the 40% to start the project the The other % 50 can be divided, one to be added to the project why the other reinvest into the business.


Do this until the building project is complete so that it won't affect your business.

After building, what next? Blocks and cement are not edible o.

If ALL you have is 3m, the sensible thing to do is invest. If you still have steady flow of income in addition to the 3m already at hand, you may consider building, although like I already said above, if you aren't looking to build something very small, then make e no shock you say that 3m no go pass lintel o. Also, finishing and roofing na I'm dey cost pass. Bricklaying phase na mere warm-up

Since you don’t have a good business idea, build a house in a location where you can later resell to make money

Start a business. 3 million can't even build you a standard shop with the reality of the economy
